Career Details

Studied at the University of Liverpool and then qualified as a solicitor. He was in private practice specialising in property matters and subsequently taught at the Liverpool John Moores University. His current research interests focus on the historical development of property law and the relationship of environmental law and business.

Research Interests

Property; Equity and Trusts; Environmental Law; Legal Method.
