Law 206 - Company Law(Full Unit in 1st and 2nd terms) ConvenorPhilip Lawton/Prof. David Milman This course examines the legal framework of incorporated companies and other kinds of business associations, placing the business corporation in a socio-economic and historical context. The course considers the conceptual foundations of company law and the legal rules governing the formation, operation and management of limited companies and the rights and duties of the officers and shareholders of a company. This course is available to final year students only.
