Law 250 - Gender and the Law(Half Unit in 1st term) ConvenorDr Sarah Beresford THIS COURSE WILL BE WITHDRAWN, IF SENATE APPROVES THE FULL UNIT LAW 350 - GENDER AND THE LAW This course covers the way in which the law deals differently with women and men, legal ideas about sexuality and gender. Topics include transgender issues; rape; pornography; sterilisation; body alteration; anorexia; force feeding; and sex, sexuality, gender, law and cyberspace, lesbian and gay issues.
