Law 321 - Principles of Labour Law(half unit in 2nd term) ConvenorDr Sarah Beresford This course deals with law of labour and industrial relations. The course considers the collective aspects of employment law, e.g.: the 'right to strike', picketing and public order, secondary action; the use of the civil and criminal law in the regulation of industrial action.
