About Our Research

The School has a strong research culture, as evidenced by consistently high performance in Research Assessment Exercises. In RAE 2008, 90% of ourresearch was rated as "world leading", "internationally excellent" or "internationally recognized", with 100% of research-active staff (22 out of 24 total staff) being included.

Characterised by a commitment to interdisciplinarity, our research is informed by a range of perspectives and methodologies including doctrinal analysis, socio-legal approaches, critical perspectives and comparative insights.
