Book Prize - IGALA5 in Wellington New Zealand 3-5 July 2008.

The International Gender and Language Association has set up a book prize for the best book in gender and language research. The first prize will be awarded at the conference in New Zealand in 2008 for the best book in 2006-2007. We are approaching publishers to nominate books for this prize, but are quite happy if individuals wish to encourage their publishers to send their books to us. We require three copies of each book and charge publishers a £35 fee for each title they submit to cover the cost of administration and the prize. Books, and cheques payable to Sheffield Hallam University, should be sent to:
