Introduction to Masters Study in Philosophy PPR offers the opportunity to engage in postgraduate study in philosophy via a range of taught masters degree programmes. You can study philosophy on its own, or in combination with other subjects, including Politics, Religious Studies or with Law. Our taught masters programmes allow students to develop their philosophical knowledge and expertise and also to acquire a range of critical research skills that are useful and relevant to employment. The taught masters programmes also provide a solid grounding for further postgraduate research in philosophy at MPhil, or PhD level. The programmes start in October and (for full-time students) run to the end of September in the following year. Students take a combination of core and elective modules and write a dissertation with an academic tutor. Philosophy DegreesInterdisciplinary Degrees |
