MA in PhilosophyThis programme consists of five taught modules and a dissertation of 20,000 words. Each taught module counts for 20 credits and is usually assessed by a 5,000 word essay. The five taught modules combine to make 100 credits, while the dissertation equals 80 credits. The programme can be taken either in a full-time mode (completed in 12 months) or as a part-time degree.
