Career Details

Richard Roberts studied at the Universities of Lancaster, Cambridge, Edinburgh and Tubingen. Posts: Lecturer in Theology and Religious Studies (University of Leeds 1975-6); Lecturer in Theology (University of Durham 1976-89); M.B. Reckitt Research Fellow (Lancaster University 1989-91); Professor of Divinity (University of St Andrews 1991-5); Professor of Religious Studies (Lancaster University 1995 to date).
