AdmissionsHow do I apply? Applicants should apply using Lancaster University’s Postgraduate Application on-line Portal. http://www.postgraduate.lancs.ac.uk/Pages/default.aspx
There you will also find links to other useful pages within the portal such as: Information for international students
If you have any questions or wish to recieve a hard copy form to complete, please contact the Faculty central admissions office: Postgraduate Admissions
When should I apply? You may apply at any time, although admissions tutors will not normally consider applications for study more than two years in advance. We would advise application before March in the year that you are intending to start, particularly if you are applying from overseas. You should also note any deadlines for bursary awards which might require you to be holding an offer of a place by a certain date. How will my application be dealt with?Applications are recorded in the Faculty post graduate admissions office then immediately referred to the Admissions Tutor in the appropriate department for their consideration. The Admissions Tutor may invite you for interview or wish to contact you by email or telephone to discuss your application further, especially as you are applying for a research degree. The tutor will make a recommendation to the Postgraduate Admissions Officer, from whom you will receive a formal offer of admission (conditional or unconditional) or a letter informing you that no offer can be made. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Research Centre Administrator County Main B190 Tel: +44 (0)1524 510818 E-mail: Administrator
