My research interests seem to constantly shift at present. From an initial interest in cycling infrastructure, I was then led to bicycle repair as a practice of community-building. More recently I have become interested in global commodity chains and the ethics of market relations. In particular, I hope to explore how ethical practice can be encountered within a market context, and to consider the different versions of rationality through which market-players make decisions.
