Postgraduate Drop in Sessions
If you have applied for an MA in Sociology, MA Media and Cultural Studies, MA Gender and Women’s Studies, MA Sociological Research or are considering postgraduate study but not sure which programme is right for you, our postgraduate events are a great way to find out more.
The regular drop in sessions will provide a great opportunity for you to:
- discuss your study options with academic staff in an informal and friendly atmosphere
- understand more about the funding and finance opportunities that may be available to you
- find out how to apply
- visit the university campus and look round the sociology department
- explore the city of Lancaster and discover what makes it a popular student destination

The Department is open for postgraduate applicants 1-4pm on the following Tuesdays in 2011/2012:

Research Events
The department hosts a wide range of research events, which prospective postgraduate students are welcome to attend.
