Visiting Students and Academics

Sociology at Lancaster welcomes visitors from other institutions, at home or abroad, to learn, study and help create a collaborative intellectual community.

Visitors may be students (probably registered for a PhD or studying for an MA at another university), post-doctoral researchers or established members of the academic community. Different fee arrangements can be made to give visitors access to office space, computing and library facilities as well as the opportunity to meet our staff and students and join in with seminars workshops and other events. Find out more about Lancaster and what past visitors say about their experiences.
