An analysis of the application and scope of the Unfair Commercial Practices Directive

Christian Twigg-Felsner is co-ordinating a study for the UK’s Department fo Trade and Industry into the possible impact of the Unfair Commercial Practices Directive on UK fair trading laws. Geraint Howells, Annette Nordhausen and Deborah Parry are working with Christian on this project, which also involves European consultants.

Geraint Howells has consulted and written a report for the National Consumer Council on the proposed Unfair Commercial Practices Directive.

 

Public redress tools

Geraint Howells is writing a report for the National Consumer Council on public redress for consumers. Several CLAN members are part of an international advisory board.
