You can check the HTML code on each web page by using the W3C's on-line validator at:
The validator is easy to use. Either enter the URL of your webpage or browse to a web file on your computer and click on the "Validate" button.
You must have a valid doctype statement on the page otherwise the validator will fail.
If your page is compliant it will report no errors. Otherwise it will list the errors and provide a link with an explanation.

Much of the report requires you to make manual checks, so you need to have a good understanding of HTML and disability issues to use this validator effectively.
