. Early Bird rates are available on registrations up to the 2nd March 2012.
Rates for the main conference are as follows and include bed and breakfast accommodation in modern study bedrooms situated on the university campus. This rate also includes meals and entertainment on the Wednesday and Thursday evenings:
- Academic: £290 (early bird £265)
- Student: £205 (early bird £190)
- Professional: £340 (early bird £310)
Non-residential rates are also available:
- Academic: £210 (early bird £185)
- Student: £125 (early bird £110)
- Professional: £260 (early bird £220)
A day rate is also available for the Thursday or Friday of the main conference (please note this price includes lunch, but does not include the conference dinner)
- Academic: £80
- Student: £50
- Professional: £120
The pre-conference Open Source GI workshop is priced at £80 (without accommodation) and £120 to include bed and breakfast accommodation for the Tuesday evening (please note this price includes lunch on the Wednesday, but no evening meal).
A £20 discount is available if booked alongside the main conference.
The young researchers forum is priced at £20 (without accommodation) and £60 to include bed and breakfast accommodation for the Tuesday evening (please note this price includes lunch on the Wednesday, but no evening meal).
