CWD's Dr Michael Brown interviewed for Naked Scientists podcast

CWD member Dr Michael Brown has been interviewed for an episode of the Naked Scientists podcast on the topic of healing war wounds.

The Naked Scientists podcast is a based at Cambridge University's Institute of Continuing Education and is one of the world's most popular science shows, achieving over 50 million programme downloads in the last 5 years. It is also broadcast in the UK by BBC 5 Live and in Australia by ABC Radio National.

The episode on which Dr Brown appears explores the history and current state of military medical care and features interviews with Sir Richard Shirreff, former NATO Deputy Supreme Allied Commander Europe (2011-14), burns surgeon Steve Jeffrey, Therea Mitchell from Help for Heroes, and Natalie Roberts, executive director of Médecins Sans Frontières UK.
