Concordat to Support the Career Development of Researchers
The need to support research staff professional and career development is recognised by all major UK research funding organisations. The funding bodies, Universities and other research organisations have agreed and published the Concordat to Support the Career Development of Researchers which contains guidelines for addressing the professional development needs of researchers, especially those at an early career stage or employed on time-limited employment contracts.
