Delivered via ‘360° Stress Management’ this programme is recommended for all staff.
Building Personal Resilience is a half-day programme designed to help individuals to understand and recognise their own stress and equip them to proactively build resilience by providing practical tools for dealing with stress.
The course aims to help individuals define 'resilience'; develop a personal plan for greater personal resilience; know how to define stress from pressure; know how stress affects them and their colleagues; understand where stress comes from; have a range of tools for dealing with the stress in their lives - both business and social.
