Delivered via ‘360° Stress Management’if you are a Leader, Manager or Supervisor, this programme will help you to meet your duty of care and responsibility for staff.
Managing Team Resilience is a half-day programme aimed at all people managers. The programme explores the manager's role in responding to and managing stress appropriately to help them and their team proactively manage and build resilience. It provides both practical advice and an opportunity for self-reflection and discussion with like minded peers.
The course aims to help managers define 'resilience'; develop a personal plan for greater results; support others to develop a plan for greater personal resilience; know how to define stress from pressure; know how stress effects them and their colleagues; understand where stress comes from; identify organisational stressors including managing styles and behaviours; establish a range of tools for dealing with organisational stressors within their areas of responsibility.
