Facilitated Workshops for Teams and Departments
Customer service is a challenge for all areas of the University. How can we provide the best possible service to students, staff, visitors and external contacts? Service excellence is increasingly being seen as a yardstick by which some areas of the University should be measured. These facilitated workshops are intended to help all departments meet these challenges.
The course will be tailored to each group but will focus on areas such as: service excellence; exceeding expectations; customer satisfaction; diversity; working effectively with colleagues; and dealing with difficult situations.
