If you require help in planning a project, there are a number of tools available to you provided by the university. There is a 1 day 'Planning and Managing a Project' course that is delivered by the OED team.
We also have a resource page which accompanies the 1 day course but can be used as a stand alone aid.
Finally there is a range of panosophix online guides that might help you with planning and managing a project.
