Course detail
Wellbeing services include the assessment centre, disabilities service, counselling and mental health support, student funding service and general welfare support.
The course covers: information resources for staff; understanding the services and support provided; the range of challenges students face and the interventions made; and, how the services work in recruiting and retaining students.

- Understand the range of student wellbeing services on offer
- Know when and how to refer students to appropriate support services
