AIM: Create an employee relations strategy through the further development of sound and coherent HR policies, communication and consultation tools and processes that ensure that the University is
(a) compliant with legislation
(b) attracting and retaining high quality talent
(c) supports the development of University’s culture as defined by the Beliefs and Values statements
