Life Events
If you experience a qualifying life changing event during the flexible benefits year, then you will able to amend some benefits. These are termed “Life Events”. To enable you to change your benefits you must register your Life Event with the Help Desk: 01524 510614. You must notify the Help Desk well in advance of the effective date of any change. Please note that benefits selections cannot be backdated.
Once your Life Event is accepted, you will be advised of how to make the changes on the on-line flexible benefits system.
To access the on-line system, you will need to log into the system via self-service.
The timetable for making changes is as follows:
