
All staff at Lancaster University are entitled to an Exchange email account. Exchange email is currently accessed on campus using Office 2007 and Outlook 2010.

Installation
Outlook 2010 should be already installed on new PCs for staff.
Outlook Versions
The table below indicates the correct version of the corporate version of Outlook for your system. Home users may use Outlook Express which has a ISS support web site Remote Access.

To find out which version of Outlook you are running:
- in Outlook, click on the 'Help' menu.
- click on 'About Microsoft Outlook' option - read version off resulting dialog box.
The corporate version of Outlook needs to be installed by ISS - ring the Staff Help Desk on x10987. For more information about how to check which version of Microsoft Office is installed on your PC.
