LancasterAnswers 2.0 Launched 2013-01-09 16:06:49
LancasterAnswers 2.0 has a new look and a new user-friendly interface:
- Google-like predicted search terms appear as you type a 'search'.
- 'Replies for this topic' feature makes solution comments/replies visible to all users.
- 'Subscribe to this Solution' enables you to be notified when a new comment/reply has been posted about the Solution.
- Create and read your ISS Service Desk 'tickets'.
- 'Frequently Viewed Solutions', and other similar features, are now more available.
In addition, the list of University departments providing solutions continues to expand. Currently: Facilities, ISS, Secretariat and Student Based Services provide LancasterAnswers solutions. Solutions from Finance and Human Resources are 'in the pipeline'.
