ISS recommends using the more resilient Eduroam network in preference to the Lancaster wireless network. The ISS Service Desk can help with the configuration of wireless clients for Eduroam. More information on the eduroam service is available. Phishing Reminder Phishing emails tempt you into sending your personal details to an attacker. In particular, many recent phishing emails refer to email or webmail maintenance and request your details "to complete the upgrade". ISS will never request your personal details via email, and you should never respond to email requests for your personal details (including your passwords, account details and addresses). If you are in any doubt, call the ISS Service Desk on x10987. |
