Customer Service Excellence
Twelve months on from being awarded the Customer Service Excellence (CSE) standard, Professional Services has achieved a positive outcome to its first surveillance visit. In his feedback, the assessor stated that he was impressed with CSE related developments and improvements that have been made. In addition, he will be awarding 'Compliance plus' for five elements of the standard which relate to 'Information and Access', with iLancaster being a particular success. |
