Many users will start seeing a grey reminder screen to change their password because it is 'very old'. As part of the last security review, it was agreed that all users should change their passwords at least once a year. The reminder screen comes from the ISS 'Safe Guard' utility. It warns users when their password is very old (nine months old) and suggests that they should change it.
