Overnight the Webmail system displayed a 'Can't open SMTP stream' when users tried to send a message. The issue was resolved at 09:45 am.

The issue with the Google 'local search' is resolved. It would appear Google put us on a 'black list' because some of our searches looked suspicious and then removed us from the 'black list'.

ISS services were disrupted this morning by a UPS failure overnight. ISS staff have repaired the fault and now believe that all affected services are operational once more. Please report any suspected related problems to the ISS Service Desk (x10987).
