Monday 31st May - University and Bank Holiday
Monday was a University holiday and consequently, no staffed ISS services were available. The ISS Learning Zone was open with entry restricted to card access only.

Tue 25 May - SharePoint Server problems
There were intermittent connectivity problems for a while. These rendered SharePoint inaccessible. The problem was rectified during the early afternoon.
Mon 24 May - Majordomo List Service Outage
Due to unforeseen circumstances resulting from the upgrade of the User Registration Database, the Majordomo list server failed to forward email messages between 14:39 and 15:47.
Failed messages required resending.

Tue 18 May - Emergency Maintenance on ResNet
During the 'Network at Risk' period on Tuesday morning, routine maintenance highlighted a problem requiring immediate attention in order to prevent peak time congestion on ResNet. For that reason, ISS undertook emergency maintenance on the ResNet infrastructure. This essential work commenced at 17:00 and was completed by 17:10. During that time users experienced a very brief service outage.
ResNet validation problems were investigated and quickly resolved by ISS. Affected users were advised to disconnect from the network for a short period before reconnecting. These problems were not linked to the emergency maintenance work mentioned above.

Online Assessments and Module Evaluations were unavailable for approximately 1 hour whilst software fixes were applied.
Tue 11 May - All systems ran without problems
Mon 10 May - All systems ran without problems
Sat 08 May - LUVLE Service Outage
One of the LUVLE servers was unavailable from 4.15am to 12.00 noon. ISS were alerted and restored the service as quickly as possible.

Wed 05 May - All systems ran without problems
Tue 04 May - ResNet connectivity problems
ISS investigated connectivity issues with ResNet. The problem was found and corrected within 30 minutes. Users were advised to restart their computers afterwards.
Mon 03 May - Bank Holiday -
ISS investigated campus network issues. The problem was identified as being caused by a fault in the core network. This was quickly resolved and full connectivity restored.
