There were short network outages in a few areas of campus during the Network at Risk period (0700 and 0900).

Thu 19 Aug - Graduate College PC Lab Maintenance
The PC Lab 132/133 in Graduate College were closed between 7.30am and 10.00am on 19/08/2010 while the Pinningtons contractors turned off the electricity supply for maintenance whilst they refurbishing the block.

LUVLE will be inaccessible from 4 p.m. for approximately 45 minutes while systems are updated.

Wed 11 Aug - Emergency Network at Risk - ResNet and Chancellor's Wharf
Following the planned Network at Risk period on 10th August a further maintenance window was required to apply an emergency software update to network equipment around campus.
The update was applied at 06:00 and involved a network outage of around 5 minutes to ResNet, and some areas of South West Campus on Alexandra Park. Chancellor's Wharf required an 11 minute outage.
ISS apologises for the short notice of this work.
Tue 10 Aug - Network at Risk- most of campus
During the at risk period on 10th August software updates have applied to network equipment around campus. All buildings apart from Infolab will be affected for up to 5 minutes between 0700 and 0800 while updates are applied

Maintenance work was undertaken on the core network on Saturday 7th August.

Wed 04 Aug - LUVLE Maintenance
On Wed 4th August LUVLE was down from 4 p.m. for approximately one hour for planned routine maintenance and system updates.
Tue 03 Aug - Gordon Manley Building: Network Disruption
The power supply to network equipment was replaced on Tuesday 3rd August between 07:00 and 08:30. This will cause disruption to the network, wireless and VOIP phones in the Gordon Manley building for the duration of the work.
