Members of the university continued to receive phishing emails and unfortunately, respond to them. All IT users at Lancaster were reminded to be particularly vigilant and if any doubt, contact the ISS Service Desk.

Wed 01 Dec - LUVLE Maintenance & File Store (H: Drive) Server Maintenance

LUVLE Maintenance

LUVLE services will be unavailable between 6pm and 7pm on Wednesday 1st December to allow for essential maintenance work to be carried out

File Store (H: Drive) Server Maintenance

Faults were found in some personal files store (H: drive) areas.
The areas affected were 00-19 and 50-60.

To ensure no user data was lost, ISS fixed the faults between 19:00 and 20:00 on Wednesday evening.
Users whose file stores are in these areas had intermittent service throughout this period.
ISS apologise for any inconvenience caused.
