- Outlook Web Access was upgraded. Members of the university wishing to use this service were advised that logging in requires a domain and user name combination. That is, it should look like: lancs\bloggs (where bloggs is their username).

Tue 29 Mar - All systems ran without problems.
- Network switches were upgraded in the Gordon Manley building the 'Network At Risk' period. A few minor issues arose leading to a slightly longer interruption to voice services. All work was completed by 10am.

- Fake UPS parcel notifications with the subject: "United Parcel Service notification 20512" were circulating on campus. All users were advised theare are phish attacks and they were not to open them.

Wed 23 Mar - Exchange Email Service Maintenance
The Exchange email system was unavailable for a short period between 13:00 and 16:00 on Wednesday 23rd March.
Users experienced service disruption for a maximum of 15 minutes during this period. ISS apologises for any inconvenience caused.

Tue 15 Mar - Network 'at risk period' maintenance; LUVLE server restart.
Early network 'at risk period' maintenance relating to the Faraday Datacentre, the LEC 1 building, and Pendle College.
LUVLE server maintenance and restart required to resolve slow response in one server.

Tue 08 Mar - KBC (InfoLab) Network Maintenance
There were interruptions to the network service in the KBC section of InfoLab between 06:00 and 08:30 whilst essential network maintenance was undertaken.

Fri 04 Mar - LUVLE Server Re-Start
ISS apologised for a short disruption in service to some LUVLE sites just before 9am. We have had two instances of one of the LUVLE servers (ltg-domino)
being re-started at 08:47 and 09:04 this morning to remedy slow response times. The service is now running normally but LTG staff are continuing to investigate
the cause of the disruption. Details will be posted at the link below

Wed 02 Mar - Most Parts of LUVLE Inaccessible During Scheduled Maintenance
LUVLE was inaccessible on Wednesday 2nd March, between 15:00 and 16:00 whilst system maintenance was carried out.
Tue 01 Mar - Infolab Network Maintenance
There were disruptions to the network service in InfoLab whilst essential maintenance was undertaken. Having restored the network, this and all other systems are running without problems.
