If there are problems with lab printers outside the ISS Service Desk's opening hours you can cancel your jobs yourself and send your work to other printers.

How to change the default printer

Choose Start, Settings, Printers to view a list of all printers connected to the computer.

Click with your right mouse button on the printer name you want to use and choose 'Set As Default'.
