Ways to top up
Users can top-up online using the Print Budget Management application which allows them to:
- Increase print budget.
- View current print budget.
- View/print a statement of recent printing activity.
Visit this link to use the print budget management application.
Users can also use either of the prepayment kiosks located in the Library atrium. Staff may also use an Internal Requisition as payment.
Unused budget
Users can reclaim any unused budget at the end of their course or during the last two weeks of term by taking their library card to the ISS Service Desk.
Note - Many departments have their own printers (which may or may not be maintained by ISS). Users should contact their department for details of any charges for using these printers.
