If your printout does not appear, or the cover sheet reports a problem, please read the following documents or see the ISS Service Desk
If your job has not printed as a result of a problem with the printer you sent it to, e.g. jammed or out of paper, you can cancel your job so that you do not get charged for it when the printer is fixed.
