What we provide:
- support project teams in Process Modelling by providing skilled facilitators.
- work with business owners and key users to deliver efficient and effective optimisations.
- develop tools, techniques, guidance, and training materials to enable the University to establish process management capability.
- provide a consistent framework to enable effective and efficient processes to be designed, managed and improved on an ongoing basis across the University.
- oversee a repository of standard process descriptions that underpins our institutional workflows.
