Video Conferencing Suite

The dedicated video conference suite is located in the County South Building, room B89. The room contains a high definition video conferencing unit with 2 cameras, four microphones and 3 display screens.There is a PC for presentations, as well as a connection for a laptop and a DVD Player.

The units are suitable for interviews, seminars, meetings or remote teaching.The room can be used in different configurations to suit your need.

Bookings

Booking should be arranged at least a week in advance to ensure the equipment is available and to allow time for test calls. Contact the ISS Service Desk on ext 10987 to request a booking.

Costs

There is no charge for the use of the equipment by a member of staff.

Hours

The equipment is available during normal working hours, Monday to Friday. There is currently no out of hours support
