ISS has launched iLancaster, a mobile application for students.
iLancaster provides Lancaster University applications and services via mobile devices. The introduction of this service responds to feedback from students, and supports meeting the higher expectations of current students and those looking to apply to the University in the future.
iLancaster aims to bring together social and university data in one place, enabling easy access to it for a range of mobile devices. The underpinning application used by iLancaster, called CampusM, allows the extension of features and applications (whether developed by CampusM or the Lancaster University) to meet future requirements.
Downloading iLancaster
You can download the application for iPhone (and other iOS devices such as the iPad and iPod Touch), for Android, and for other mobile devices with web-browsing capability. A version for Blackberry is being tested in preparation for release.
