Repairing USB Memory Sticks or Floppy Disks

1. ensure Memory Stick is in a USB socket, or Floppy Disk is in Drive A:.
2. click 'Start' button, 'Program Files', then 'Symantec AntiVirus Corporate Edition' option then 'Symantec AntiVirus Corporate Edition' program.
3. USB Memory Stick - click on 'Scan Computer' then click on 'Removable Disk' option then click on the 'Scan' button - see memory stick scanned.
   Floppy Disk - click 'Scan Floppy Disk' option then click on the 'Scan' button - see disk scanned.
4. click on the cross to close the window.
5. click on the 'Exit' button.

Is Symantec AntiVirus Running on This PC?

In PC labs there is no icon in the system tray to indicate that the PC is protected. Instead check the menus (as shown above), if 'Symantec AntiVirus Corporate Edition' is on the menus, then the PC is protected.
