The 'Mac Address' of your PC is a unique 12 figure number. You can find it by doing the following:

  1. click 'Start' then 'Run' option.
  2. type: cmd - see black box.
  3. type: ipconfig /all - see white text.
  4. scroll up - see 'Ethernet adapter Local Area Connection:'.
  5. see: Physical address . . . . . : nn-nn-nn-nn-nn-nn e.g. 00-20-ED-73-BC-D5.

The twelve figure number is the Mac address - type it in to the box provided (you can include the dashes).
