About the Equipment

The equipment comprises of a Tandberg C20 with dual flatscreen screens.

(The screens are usually set with one screen showing the far end and one the local view.)

A full sized conference table, around which 7 people can sit comfortably and be seen by the remote end.

Extra chairs which can be set out to accommodate up to 30 people.

A table mounted microphone.

A remote control unit for controlling the main unit, and for choosing facilities, including the choice of inputs:

• Motorised remote control camera situated between the screens with remote controlled pre-set positions for quickly handing over to various speakers during the conference. This enables Video Conferencing for up to seven people around the conference table and/or Video Conferencing for a larger seminar group if required.


• The PC show facility built into the unit to enable the output from a laptop computer to be sent via the video conference link at the same resolution as viewed on the laptop.
