I am a PhD student in the Department of Management Science at Lancaster University. I became curious about Operational Research whilst studying at Durham University and have followed my interest into academia. I grew up in Shropshire and have since had fun adapting to urban life in different locations. I currently divide my time between city life in Manchester and campus life in Lancaster.
I am a determined, conscientious and passionate person with a bit of an adventurous streak, seeking out life experiences whether it be travelling the world, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen or trying new adrenaline-inducing activities. I especially enjoyed backpacking across Asia and going white water rafting.
Aside from adventure, I enjoy designing, going to the theatre, reading fiction and celebrating special occasions.
My family and friends are of great importance to me and all their love and support helps me achieve my goals.
