She joined Computing Department in 2004 as a PhD student under the supervision of Prof. Alan Dix. Prior to that, she obtained her MSc in IT and Data Communication from the Department of Communication Systems, Lancaster University.She has had some teaching experience back in Malaysia and was temporarily staffed in Lancaster Morecambe College in 2004. Her research interests focused on user experience in photolog application; a new application that unearth some emerging trends in photo sharing experience.
