Christian Rohrbeck is MRes student at the STOR-i Doctoral Training Center at Lancaster University. Prior to joining STOR-i in October 2012 he received a Diploma (M.Sc. equivalent) in Mathematics with direction to Scientific Computing at the Ruprecht-Karls University in Heidelberg. His research interests include Spatial Statistics, Extreme Value Theory and Probabilistic Forecasting with application to Finance and Meteorology. His work is funded by EPSRC.
