Welcome to my web site!

I am an associated researcher in linguistics at Lancaster while also working as a full-time Senior Lecturer and Programme Leader of English and Chinese Studies at Edge Hill University. Before I left Lancaster to teach at the University of Central Lancashire in September 2007, I was employed as a Research Associate at the Department of Linguistics and English Language and UCREL, Lancaster University for five years.
