General Information
Business Support provides leadership, direction and management of the administrative functions of Facilities. These include financial budget planning, overseeing the management and development of the Facilities online maintenance fault reporting system, completing the Higher Education funding Council for England (HEFCE) Estate Management Statistics (EMS) return, space planning and management, system support, communication and administrative support for the department.
The Business Support team is involved in the development and implementation of the Facilities Strategy, the Facilities Masterplan and the Financial Strategy.
