General Information
Facilities is responsible for all property services on behalf of the University including:
- delivery of the Estate Strategy
- refurbishment, development and construction of new buildings
- the upgrade and replacement of the infrastructure
- operations
The priorities for the development and maintenance of the estate have been rebalanced to ensure that as well as new builds going forward, we invest in maintenance the existing older estate. All facilities need to be improved to an appropriate condition to provide a safe and sustainable work place for students, staff and visitors.
